Forevee is an AI-powered conversational companion service accessible via WhatsApp. We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the service.

• Messages and content you send during conversations
• Personal details you share voluntarily (name, interests, family details, etc.)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card data)

b) Automatically collected data

• Phone number (used as your account identifier)
• Message timestamps and frequency patterns
• Language and country inferred from phone number
• Subscription status and plan type

c) AI-generated data about you

• Conversation summaries and extracted facts (stored to enable memory features)
• Emotional pattern indicators derived from conversation content
• Engagement metrics (message frequency, conversation depth)

Important: We recommend not sharing sensitive data such as passwords, financial account numbers, government IDs, or medical records via the chat.

We process your data based on the following legal grounds under LGPD:

• Contract performance — to provide the service you signed up for
• Legitimate interest — to improve service quality, prevent abuse, and ensure security
• Consent — for marketing communications and optional features (consent may be withdrawn at any time)
• Legal obligation — when required by Brazilian law or competent authorities

• Provide, operate, and personalize the companion service
• Generate contextually relevant AI responses
• Enable memory features so the companion remembers previous conversations
• Send proactive re-engagement messages (only for active subscribers)

• Improve AI model performance (only with aggregated, anonymized data)

We share data only with trusted providers necessary to operate the service:

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with providers above is strictly limited to what is necessary for the stated purpose.

Your data may be processed in countries outside Brazil, including the United States and European Union. We ensure such transfers comply with LGPD requirements and that adequate protections are in place through contractual safeguards with our providers.

• Conversation history — retained for 7 days in active cache; summaries retained for the duration of the account
• Account data — retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion for legal compliance
• Payment records — retained for 5 years as required by Brazilian financial regulations
• Deleted accounts — all personal data permanently removed within 30 days of deletion request

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS)
• Access controls limiting who can access personal data
• Webhook signature validation to prevent unauthorized access
• Automated abuse detection and rate limiting

No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that poses risk to your rights, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by LGPD.

Forevee is strictly intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the service, please contact us immediately at support@forevee.com and we will delete the data without delay.

We use automated systems to detect harmful, illegal, or abusive content. Messages identified as containing illegal content (including content involving minors) may be reported to competent authorities as required by Brazilian law (ECA — Lei nº 8.069/1990 and Marco Civil da Internet — Lei nº 12.965/2014).

The WhatsApp-based service does not use browser cookies. Our website may use essential cookies for functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify users of material changes via the service or email when possible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
