  • Message timestamps and frequency patterns
  • Language and country inferred from phone number
  • Subscription status and plan type

c) AI-generated data about you

  • Conversation summaries and extracted facts (stored to enable memory features)
  • Emotional pattern indicators derived from conversation content
  • Engagement metrics (message frequency, conversation depth)

Important: We recommend not sharing sensitive data such as passwords, financial account numbers, government IDs, or medical records via the chat.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (LGPD)

We process your data based on the following legal grounds under LGPD:

7. Data Retention

  • Conversation history โ€” retained for 7 days in active cache; summaries retained for the duration of the account
  • Account data โ€” retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion for legal compliance
  • Payment records โ€” retained for 5 years as required by Brazilian financial regulations
  • Deleted accounts โ€” all personal data permanently removed within 30 days of deletion request

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS)
  • Access controls limiting who can access personal data
  • Webhook signature validation to prevent unauthorized access
  • Automated abuse detection and rate limiting

No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that poses risk to your rights, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by LGPD.

Forevee is strictly intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the service, please contact us immediately at support@forevee.com and we will delete the data without delay.

11. Content Moderation

We use automated systems to detect harmful, illegal, or abusive content. Messages identified as containing illegal content (including content involving minors) may be reported to competent authorities as required by Brazilian law (ECA โ€” Lei nยบ 8.069/1990 and Marco Civil da Internet โ€” Lei nยบ 12.965/2014).

12. Cookies and Tracking

The WhatsApp-based service does not use browser cookies. Our website may use essential cookies for functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
