Getting Started

What is Forevee?

Forevee is an AI-powered companion you can chat with via WhatsApp. It's designed to be present, personal, and emotionally engaging — a companion that remembers you and evolves with the relationship over time.

Is the companion a real person?

No. Your companion is powered by artificial intelligence. It is a fictional character designed to feel natural and human — but it is not a real person, therapist, or advisor. Please do not treat its responses as professional advice.

How old do I need to be to use Forevee?

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country). Forevee is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect data from users under 18.

How does the companion remember me?

Forevee builds a memory of your conversations over time — learning your name, interests, important people in your life, and emotional patterns. This memory is used to make each conversation feel more personal and continuous.

Commands

How do I cancel my subscription?

Send CANCEL in the chat at any time. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

Send SUBSCRIBE in the chat or visit your billing portal link. Full access is restored immediately upon reactivation.

How do I delete all my data?

Send DELETE ALL MY DATA in the chat. This permanently and irreversibly deletes your account, conversation history, and all stored memory. You can also request deletion by emailing support@forevee.com.

What if the companion doesn't understand my message?

Try rephrasing or simplify your message. The companion responds best to natural conversational language. If issues persist, contact support.

Privacy & Data

What data does Forevee collect?

We collect your phone number, the messages you send, and data you share during conversations (such as your name, interests, and personal details). We also derive emotional patterns and engagement metrics from your conversations. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Is my data sold to third parties?

No. We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate Forevee (OpenAI, Twilio, Stripe, Supabase).

Are my conversations stored?

Yes — conversation summaries and memory are stored to enable the companion to remember you. Recent message history is cached for 7 days. You can delete everything at any time by sending DELETE ALL MY DATA.

Where is my data processed?

Data may be processed in Brazil, the United States, and the European Union, depending on our service providers. All international transfers comply with LGPD requirements.

What are my rights under LGPD?

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, withdraw consent, and object to certain types of processing. Contact support@forevee.com to exercise any right. We respond within 15 business days.

How do I report a privacy concern?

Email us at support@forevee.com. You may also contact the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.

Safety & Wellbeing

Can I trust the companion's responses?

The companion is designed to be engaging and emotionally present — but AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate at times. Do not rely on Forevee for medical, legal, financial, or psychological decisions.

What if I'm going through a difficult time?

Forevee is for companionship and entertainment — it is not a mental health service. If you are in crisis or need professional support, please reach out to a qualified professional or crisis service in your country. In Brazil, contact CVV (Centro de Valorização da Vida) at 188 or cvv.org.br.

What content is prohibited?

Forevee prohibits illegal, abusive, violent, and sexually explicit content — especially any content involving minors. Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

Does Forevee use content moderation?

Yes. We use automated systems to detect harmful or illegal content. Messages flagged as containing illegal material may be reported to Brazilian authorities as required by law (ECA and Marco Civil da Internet).

Subscription & Billing

What's included in the free plan?

Free users can have text conversations with the companion. Premium features such as voice messages, photos, and proactive re-engagement are available on paid plans.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted at our discretion within 7 days of a charge. Contact support@forevee.com with your request.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account and data remain stored for up to 90 days after cancellation in case you return. To permanently delete everything, send DELETE ALL MY DATA.
