Terms of Use

Forevee is a digital companion service that allows users to interact with an AI-powered companion via messaging platforms such as WhatsApp. The companion is a fictional character powered by artificial intelligence — it is not a real person, therapist, or professional advisor.

The service uses third-party AI technologies, including OpenAI, to generate responses in real time.

By using Forevee, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country)
• You are not using the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

Forevee is strictly not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has used the service, we will immediately delete their data.

Forevee provides AI-generated companionship through text-based conversation. You acknowledge that:

• The companion is an artificial intelligence — not a human being
• Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• The service is for entertainment and companionship purposes only
• Forevee does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
• The service may change, evolve, or be discontinued at any time

Forevee uses automated content moderation systems to detect and prevent harmful, illegal, or abusive content. We reserve the right to:

• Block or filter messages that violate these Terms
• Immediately suspend accounts used for illegal or harmful purposes
• Report illegal content to relevant authorities where required by law

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: content involving minors in a sexual context, hate speech, threats of violence, and instructions for illegal activities.

You agree NOT to use Forevee to:

• Engage in or promote illegal activities
• Generate, distribute, or request harmful, abusive, or sexually explicit content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Impersonate other individuals or entities
• Violate applicable laws or third-party terms

We collect and process data to provide the service. This includes your phone number, messages, and conversation data. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.

For your protection, never share:

• Passwords or authentication credentials
• Financial or banking information
• Government ID numbers
• Confidential business information

Forevee integrates with third-party providers including:

• OpenAI — AI message generation
• Twilio — WhatsApp message delivery
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Supabase — Data storage

Your data may be processed by these providers. Each operates under their own privacy policies and terms. Forevee is not responsible for their practices.

• Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected at signup
• You may cancel anytime by sending CANCEL in the chat or via the billing portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

• AI responses may be incorrect, outdated, or inappropriate
• The service does not replace professional medical, legal, or psychological advice
• You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI responses
• The companion's persona is fictional — any resemblance to real persons is coincidental

Forevee is designed for entertainment and companionship. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis service in your country. Forevee is not a substitute for human connection or professional care.

Forevee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• We may suspend or restrict the service for maintenance or security reasons
• Service interruptions do not entitle users to refunds unless required by law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forevee is not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Decisions or actions based on AI-generated responses
• Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
• Emotional distress arising from use of the service

Use the service at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses legal, safety, or reputational risk to Forevee
• Required by law or authority

You may terminate your account at any time by sending DELETE ALL MY DATA in the chat.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes when possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
